Fiorentina 60″ is available in an induction version, Dual Fuel or in a combined configuration, which combines induction zones and gas burners on the same surface, offering maximum freedom of use.

The induction version features eight cooking zones on a glass-ceramic surface, all equipped with booster function, residual heat indicators (H), ON/OFF indicators and functions for low-temperature cooking and keep-warm operation, for precise and safe control.

The Dual Fuel version incorporates high-efficiency brass burners, with power up to 17000 BTU (5 kW), paired with professional cast-iron pan supports.

In the combined configuration, induction and gas coexist harmoniously, allowing you to choose the most suitable technology each time. Depending on the set-up, the hob can be completed with optional fry-top or grill elements, further expanding its scope of use.

Two professional ovens for maximum versatility

Fiorentina 60″ is equipped with two 4,37 cu ft (124 l) multifunction electric ovens, each with Dual Convection Technology, designed to guarantee uniform heat distribution and consistent cooking results.
Each oven is equipped with chrome telescopic shelves, three halogen lights and large soft-closing assisted doors, available with or without an inspection window. The specification is completed by the pyrolytic self-cleaning function, Booster and a food temperature probe. The thermal insulation of the doors ensures that, during the 869 °F (465 °C) pyrolytic cycle, the external temperature remains below 122 °F (50 °C), guaranteeing maximum safety.

Everyday safety and simplified maintenance

The black porcelain-enamel interiors, the enamelled drip trays with anti-splash protection and the cool-touch door design ensure safe use and simple, immediate maintenance. Every detail is designed to offer reliability, comfort and long-lasting durability, even under intensive use.
