Fiorentina 36″ is available in Dual Fuel and induction versions, offering high power and precise control in a size designed to ensure maximum design flexibility. Intended for intensive, professional use, it adapts naturally to bespoke kitchens and characterful interiors.
The Dual Fuel hob is equipped with six sealed professional brass burners, with dual-ring regulation: the inner ring is ideal for slow cooking, while the outer ring delivers high power for large pans, up to 17000 BTU (5 kW). The professional cast-iron pan supports are designed to withstand high temperatures and sudden thermal shocks.
The induction version offers high-efficiency zones, characterised by immediate response and precise control, making it a valid alternative to the gas configuration.
The extra-large 5,68 cu ft (161 l) multifunction electric oven is designed to guarantee high performance and maximum flexibility. Dual ventilation ensures even heat distribution, while the different cooking modes allow every preparation to be handled with precision.
The specification is completed by chrome telescopic shelves, halogen lighting and the large soft-closing assisted door, available with or without an inspection window.
The black porcelain-enamel interior and the enamelled drip tray with anti-splash cover make daily cleaning easier, while the pyrolytic self-cleaning cycle allows deep and effective maintenance.
During the 869 °F (465 °C) pyrolytic cycle, the external door temperature remains below 122 °F (50 °C), guaranteeing maximum safety. The specification also includes Booster, a food temperature probe and systems designed for accurate cooking control.
