“Home Restaurant” configuration

This configuration is designed for those who want an extremely complete and well-structured cooking station. The suite incorporates six burners in total, alongside a coup de feu for gradual temperature control and a smooth frytop for direct, even cooking. The presence of two electric ovens makes it possible to manage multiple preparations at the same time, while the pasta cooker adds a distinctly professional function, ideal for optimizing both timing and results.

“Gourmet Balance” configuration

A solution that balances cooking functions and support surfaces in a harmonious way. Alongside a four-burner cooktop with electric oven, there is room for a smooth frytop and a pasta cooker, complemented by worktops and drawer modules. The composition is designed to ensure operational fluidity, order, and comfort, making it ideal for advanced everyday use.

“Specialist Cooking” configuration

Designed for those who enjoy experimenting with different cooking techniques, this configuration includes a four-burner cooktop with electric oven, a maxi wok burner for high-intensity cooking, and a smooth frytop. The worktops and drawer modules help organize the space and make the workstation even more functional, creating a highly versatile and high-performance cooking suite.

OG Professional 248 can be configured by choosing from a complete range of professional cooking modules and functional modules, designed to recreate in the home the versatility and efficiency of a restaurant kitchen. The 248 cm structure makes it possible to combine in a balanced way gas burners, frytops (smooth, ribbed or combined), coup de feu, high-power wok, pasta cooker, induction, grills and BBQ, as well as electric ovens for precise, even cooking.

The system is completed by worktops, modules with doors and drawers and neutral tops, useful for organising the space, balancing the composition and increasing ease of use. As with every OG Professional, colours and finishes are fully customisable, so the block integrates perfectly into the kitchen design and Officine Gullo’s aesthetic identity.
