With its 82″ (208 cm) width, OG Professional 208 offers a generous working area, designed for those who want to work in comfort and with continuity even during elaborate preparations.
The greater width makes it possible to place several cooking zones and professional functions side by side, making the block particularly suitable for those who enjoy entertaining, cooking for large groups or managing several preparations at the same time.

Modularity and compositional freedom

Like every OG Professional system, the 208 size is also based on full modularity.
The block can be configured by freely combining cooking modules and functional modules, with the option of integrating one or two ovens, specialist surfaces and modules dedicated to specific preparations. The recommended configurations are designed to make the best use of the available width, while always maintaining a balance between power, versatility and space organisation.

Configuration “Cooking for Guests”

This configuration is designed for those who enjoy cooking for many people and handling a variety of preparations. The hob incorporates four burners in total, alongside a wok maxi burner for high-intensity cooking and a smooth frytop for direct, even cooking. The electric oven allows preparations to be managed smoothly, while the pasta cooker adds a distinctly professional function, ideal for optimising time and results when serving large dinners.

Configuration “Complete Versatility”

An extremely well-balanced solution that combines different cooking techniques in a rational way. The block integrates four gas burners, a coup de feu for gradual temperature control and a smooth frytop for quick, precise cooking. The electric oven supports oven-based preparations, while the pasta cooker further expands the operational possibilities. The door modules complete the composition, improving organisation and functionality.

Configuration “Double Oven”

Designed for those who need to handle multiple cooking processes simultaneously, this configuration makes the most of the available width by integrating two electric ovens within the block. The cooking surfaces include six burners in total, a coup de feu and a smooth frytop, creating a highly capable workstation that is ideal for complex preparations and for those who want to work with continuity and precision.

OG Professional 208 can be configured by choosing from a complete range of professional cooking modules and functional modules, designed to deliver high performance, control precision and maximum reliability. The 208 cm structure allows several cooking techniques to be combined in an orderly way, integrating in a single composition solutions such as gas burners, frytops (smooth, ribbed or combined), coup de feu, high-power wok, pasta cooker, induction, grills and BBQ, as well as one or two electric ovens.

The system is completed by functional modules with doors and drawers and neutral tops, useful for organising the space and balancing the composition. As with every OG Professional, colours and finishes can be customised, so the block can be integrated into the kitchen project and the Officine Gullo aesthetic identity.
