The Roman Cave

In a fully renovated palazzo in the heart of Prossedi, a village in the province of Latina, the latest tailor-made project by Officine Gullo has been installed, created to measure to satisfy the client’s wishes and needs. All the kitchen elements, made of thick steel powder-coated in Absolute Black and enriched with chrome-plated brass finishes, were designed to be perfectly set into the rock of the walls. The chrome finishes and steel, more contemporary elements, stand out against the natural ancient stone of the walls and vaulted ceilings, thus creating a unique space born of the search for a harmonious balance between craftsmanship, tradition and new technologies.

Appliances
OG Professional cooking unit composed in the upper section of a hob with four professional burners, an electric pasta cooker and a chrome smooth fry top. In the lower section, a door with integrated warming drawer and a static electric oven. Wall of appliances (3 m) composed of two glassware display tall units and two wine cabinets arranged symmetrically on either side of a professional refrigerator.
